WHAT WE DO

 Project Management:

• Design, test, implement and document a standard process to match patient demographic information to Medicaid and commercial insurance eligibility files to identify coverage and secure reimbursement
• Coordinate eligibility, billing and processing edits and audits from the payor side
• Perform business systems analyst’s role for implementation of data imaging, storage and retrieval systems

 Staff Supplementation:        

• Serve as facilitator, bringing two or more diverse people or groups together to accomplish a specific goal (for example, data exchanges between government entities and hospitals or vendors)
• Broker negotiations between parties who have many other competing demands
• Participate as full-time equivalent part of the team during particularly busy periods, or when a team member is on a planned or unplanned leave

• Serve as effective member of development, reorganization and implementation teams when the healthcare financial perspective is required
• Proficient in transaction processing (HIPAA, ANSI, XML, HL7); data conversions (standard and proprietary data sets); billing systems (standard and legacy); data imaging
